Richard has 23 years of experience in retail development, tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales.  He has actively worked as an owner on a number of projects in the Greater Houston market including League City, The Woodlands, Conroe, Telfair, Houston, Spring, Baytown.  His brokerage and development experience provide the perfect balance of perspective in negotiating with Landlords and he has negotiated over 500 lease renewals for tenants around the country.

In addition to the renewal service, Richard still works with a number of tenants in the greater Houston Market.  He is currently working with Ethan Allen, Reach Stretch Studios, Safari Kid International, Sport Clips, Sally Beauty Supply, Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza, Furniture Town and Bread Man Baking.

Richard has also worked with a number of ownership interests in a leasing capacity, including Regency Centers, Westwood Financial Corp., Lovett Commercial, Wallace/Halpin, Urban Meridian, Braun Enterprises, Apex Real Estate, Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group, Office Max, Interstate Batteries, Advance Auto and more.

His experience in the industry has allowed him to develop and strengthen relationships with the core developers and brokers in the Houston market, as well as landlords across the country.
